1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and bedi baji (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any part of the bedi baji website, mobile application, or associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

bedi baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Agreement is written in English and is governed in accordance with general international online gaming principles applicable to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Scope of Services

bedi baji provides an online gaming platform offering sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi markets), live casino games, slot titles, crash games, and related gaming products. All services are provided for entertainment purposes and involve real-money wagering in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform operates on a 24-hour basis and is accessible to eligible registered users across Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

1.2 Modifications to the Platform

bedi baji reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including but not limited to game availability, payment methods, promotional offers, odds formats, and account features. The Platform shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to bedi baji and use of any of its real-money gaming services is conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met in full. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the criteria below.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any real-money gaming service on the bedi baji Platform. bedi baji operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account suspended immediately. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited, and any deposits made may be returned to the original payment method at the Platform's discretion following investigation.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create an account on bedi baji you must:

• Be a natural person aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• Not already hold an active or previously suspended bedi baji account.
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must represent a single individual playing in their own name and on their own behalf.
• Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where use of online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable local laws.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bedi baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point during your use of the Platform:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of your registered mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past 90 days).

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. Altered or fraudulent documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral for further investigation.

3 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bedi baji Platform at any given time. Creating or attempting to create more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any funds held across those accounts may be withheld pending investigation into whether bonuses or promotional credits were unfairly obtained.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. bedi baji will never contact you by any means to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as activity by the registered account holder unless you have notified bedi baji of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the bedi baji support team immediately via live chat. You should change your password immediately and cooperate fully with any investigation.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and current. If your contact details, payment method, or other registered information changes, you must update your account profile without delay. bedi baji accepts no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or withdrawal delays caused by outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bedi baji reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the Account Settings section. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be archived or closed after an extended period of inactivity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

bedi baji accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Bangladesh residents:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

All deposits are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bedi baji wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the processing bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM BST, Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed from 8:00 AM BST the following morning. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

bedi baji does not charge Platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Standard mobile operator transaction charges imposed by bKash, Nagad, or Rocket on the wallet side are outside the Platform's control and are the responsibility of the player.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-linked balance becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bedi baji does not process third-party withdrawals.
• A minimum of one completed deposit must be on record for your account.

4.4 Failed and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your mobile wallet or bank account but before they are credited to your bedi baji account, you must contact the bedi baji support team with the transaction reference number and a screenshot of the debit confirmation. Failed transactions are investigated and resolved within 24 hours in the majority of cases.

5 Bonus Policy

bedi baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion at the time it is offered. The following general rules apply to all bedi baji bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute to wagering requirement completion — the contribution percentage for each game category (slots, live casino, crash games, sports betting) is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player is ineligible for a bonus if any of the following conditions apply:

• The player has previously claimed the same bonus or a bonus limited to one use per household or device.
• The player's account is currently under review or has a pending KYC verification request.
• The player has previously breached these Terms or any specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, using coordinated groups of players to exploit bonus terms, or placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk while retaining bonus eligibility — is strictly prohibited. bedi baji reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings derived from abusive bonus usage, and permanently close accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period that is specified at the time of issue. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the expiry period will result in the automatic removal of the bonus balance from the player's account. bedi baji does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Platform.

6 User Obligations

By using the bedi baji Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of funds.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedi baji Platform:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial deception.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing inconsistencies or bonus terms in a manner that results in guaranteed profit regardless of game or match outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were used for genuine gaming activity on the Platform.
• Harmful Behaviour: Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward bedi baji staff or other players in any communication channel.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Obligations

You acknowledge that online gaming carries a risk of financial loss and that it is your personal responsibility to manage your gaming activity responsibly. bedi baji provides deposit limit controls, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to assist with responsible gaming. 6.3 Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the bedi baji Platform complies with any applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. bedi baji does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is entirely your responsibility to determine whether participating in online gaming is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bedi baji Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bedi baji or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from bedi baji.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform's software.
• Frame or mirror any part of the bedi baji website on any other server or internet-connected device without written authorisation.

The bedi baji brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of bedi baji. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Game content accessible through the bedi baji Platform that is provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their individual licensing terms.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bedi baji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by bedi baji

bedi baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to the Platform.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited.
• Account inactivity in accordance with Section 3.4 above.

In cases of account closure by bedi baji for cause, the Platform reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any legitimately held balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may activate the self-exclusion feature directly from their Account Settings without contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 30, 60, or 90 days are available, as is a permanent self-exclusion option. During a self-exclusion period, login is disabled and all marketing communications from bedi baji to that account are suspended. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bedi baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures, unauthorised account access, or Platform downtime. The Platform's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
